After transitioning to the commercial renovation market RC has been strictly performing commercial renovation work since 1990 and has become one of the premier full service general contracting firms in the Philadelphia region. This strong reputation has been built primarily in tenant fit-out and commercial interior work which remains RC’s core activity, but has grown to include additions, historic renovations and adaptive re-use projects. RC’s full time on-site superintendents boast over 200 years of combined construction experience and are college educated, OSHA certified and hold or are working towards LEED/Green Advantage certification.
